Ethan Ford is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Music degrees in Education and Performance, at East Texas A&M University, where he studies under Dr. Chris Beaty. He commonly performs as a soloist in concerto contests and masterclasses as well as saxophone quartets. He brings a flexible perspective of teaching to best suit each student individually—so that students grow, are inspired, and find their passions in music or anything they wish to pursue in life.
Ethan played Alto and Bari saxophone in the Walnut Grove high school quartet, which was a finalist at Houston Underground and an alternate to Fischoff International Chamber contest. He made TMEA All-state in his junior and senior years, and has recently performed in masterclasses hosted by Texas Christian University, University of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma City Bass School of Music. Outside of music, Ethan enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and traveling.
